Returns and Refund

Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of return request accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unburnt, no stains or marks, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 Contact us at info@belocandleco.com with the items you wish to return. Your subject line should read – ‘RETURN [your order number]’.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [50/9 Akhara road, Kishangarh, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070]

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer must cover for the cost of the return shipping.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

However, we’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit or if you get the wrong item. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@belocandleco.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
